URVE Smart Office is an application for mobile devices that will streamline the office management processes in your organization and ensure the optimal use of resources such as desks and parking spaces. With a few clicks, employees can book the selected resources, cancel, modify or confirm their arrival at the office.
The mobile application is not the only tool available for users. The same actions can be performed using a dedicated tab in Microsoft® Outlook or an application available through a website. All these elements are an integral part of the URVE Smart Office system.
URVE Desk
Currently, when many employees work remotely, planning a visit to the office and reserving a selected desk are important elements of the daily functioning of the organization. Thanks to the URVE Desk module, users will easily obtain information about the availability of desks with the possibility of making reservations and managing them remotely. The module allows:
- to reserve, cancel, modify and manage your bookings,
- to search for desks based on various attributes, as well as a floor map view,
- to confirm your arrival at the workplace,
- to make cyclic bookings,
- to make ad-hoc bookings on touchscreens,
- to administer the arrangement of desks on an interactive map,
- to analyse the use of desks through statistics.
URVE Park
Reserving such a valuable resource as parking spaces available to your organization is an extremely important part of the daily work of your employees, but also of handling the scheduled visits of visitors to your company. The URVE Park provides information about the availability of spaces and allows you to make reservations and manage them remotely. The module allows to:
- to reserve, cancel, modify and manage your bookings,
- to search for places based on the map and other attributes,
- to confirm the use of the parking space,
- to make cyclic bookings,
- to administer the arrangement of parking spaces on an interactive map,
- to analyse the use of parking spaces through statistics.
